


Job Description
1. Domestic/Overseas pre-sales work support, including customer needs research and analysis, necessary strategy plan writing, pre-sales support, market promotion.
2. Collaborate with domestic and international clients on pre-sales technical matters, clarify clients requirements, accurately interpret RFQs/RFPs, design and develop new energy system solutions including battery recycling and energy storage, provide technical support, and assist sales in securing orders.
3. Responsible for clarifying project requirements, conducting real-time technical communication with clients, and representing clients in defining technical needs with various company departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of requirements.
4. Identify new growth opportunities within battery recycling, Energy Storage, New energy technologies.
5. Monitor new energy and battery recycling market developments within and outside our business domain and identify actions to exploit potential market opportunities
6. Support the Sales, R&D, Project Management BU with Market requirements.
7. Support the R&D, Project Mgm in the strategic work and by providing e.g. Business Case input.
8. Support Domestic&International Sales Channels on Project Pursuit when requested,Develop and Maintain KPI for market participation.
9. Responsible for drafting foreign-language training materials for the company's industry-specific products and conducting regular product training sessions for the sales team and clients.
10. Collect and analyze industry intelligence (including market data, industry trends, and competitive analysis) to provide valuable insights and decision-making support for the company's products outlook, development trajectory, and application scenarios, thereby enhancing market competitiveness
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher, preferable major in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or New Energy-related fields, with 5+ years of technical support experience in the new energy industry.
2. Proficient in both Chinese and English, capable of conducting business receptions and negotiations. Proficiency in a second foreign language (German, French, Latin) is a plus. Able to adapt to domestic and international business travel.
3. Possesses excellent teamwork skills, problem-solving abilities, and efficient work capabilities. Demonstrates strong self-motivation and ambition, with meticulous attention to detail, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
4. Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, keen business acumen in the new energy sector including batteries and energy storage, ability to respond swiftly to customer needs, and a strong service-oriented mindset. With experience in market channel and brand promotion in foreign firms is preferred.
